Terms of Use for 30s Status Clips for WhatsApp

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the 30s Status Clips for WhatsApp (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App allows users to split video files into smaller segments, primarily for use with WhatsApp status updates.

3. Agreement Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and Femi Aliu only, and not with Apple. Femi Aliu, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

4. License Scope

You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

5. Maintenance and Support

Femi Aliu is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App.

6. Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

7. Product Claims

Femi Aliu, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content are owned by Femi Aliu and are protected by international intellectual property laws. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Femi Aliu, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

9. User Responsibilities and Legal Compliance

You agree to:

• Not use the App for any illegal purposes or violate any third-party rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your device and its data
• Comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App
• Represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country
• Represent that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

10. Third Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Femi Aliu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
