Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Reverse Audio Play Sounds app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Reverse Audio Play Sounds is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Record audio using their device’s microphone
- Play audio normally or in reverse
- Apply voice effects (e.g., echo, robot, chipmunk, distortion, deep voice, fairy, mermaid, alien, klingon, borg)
- Adjust playback rate and pitch shift (premium feature)
- Import and load external audio files
- Share processed audio recordings
- Limit free users to 10 recordings per day
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
3.1 Free Version
The App offers a free version with limited daily usage (up to 10 recordings per day), basic voice effects (e.g., clear), and no access to premium effects or pitch shift.
3.2 Premium Subscription
Premium features include:
- Unlimited daily recordings
- Access to all voice effects (e.g., chipmunk, robot, echo, distortion, deep voice, fairy, mermaid, alien, klingon, borg)
- Pitch shift adjustment
- Ad-free experience (if applicable)
3.3 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and processed through Apple’s App Store
- Subscriptions are auto-renewable
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
- Restore purchases is available through the App’s menu
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Record conversations without proper consent where required by law
- Create or distribute content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates others’ rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App’s security
- Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Exceed daily limits for free users through unauthorized means
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 User Content
- You retain ownership of audio recordings you create or import using the App
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record, process, and share any content
- You grant us a limited license to process your recordings on-device as necessary to provide the service (e.g., reversing, applying effects)
5.2 App Content
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including voice effect algorithms) are owned by us
- The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
6. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including through TelemetryDeck for analytics and RevenueCat for subscriptions.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
- The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
7.2 Audio Quality
- Audio quality depends on device capabilities, recording conditions, and AVFoundation processing
- We are not responsible for poor audio quality due to device limitations or user error
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability
